Search Filters: Topics

Topic filters narrow search results based on tags curated and applied by the Halcyon team. Some topics are conceptual (e.g., “Data Center” tags documents related to data centers), while others correspond to specific types of plans or reports (e.g., “Integrated Resource Plan”).

All Halcyon filters, other than keywords, operate on OR logic within a category, so if you select two publishers you will get all results from both publishers. They operate on AND logic across filter types. This allows you to use a publisher filter with a topic to drill down to something like “All the IRPs filed with the Oregon PUC.”
