Alert Issues
I’m not receiving my Alerts
A few things to check:
- Have you checked your spam folder for Halcyon alerts? You will receive emails from alerts@halcyon.io.
- Are the Alerts triggering in the Halcyon Platform? You can verify this by logging into the platform, clicking the hamburger icon (three stacked lines) in the upper right hand corner
Then click Alerts
Select your alert that wasn’t received.
Did the alert trigger? If the alert hasn’t triggered yet it looks like the image below and means that the alert search hasn’t received relevant documents yet. Maybe that is as designed or maybe the alert needs some tuning.
Alternatively, the alert might have email notifications turned off. You can manage that here:
