What should I do with my existing alerts?
You don’t need to do anything. Your existing alerts are there and have been connected with a default Halcyon query. You can now edit your pre-existing alert query to your liking.
What about “follow a docket?”
All of your follow a docket alerts are now part of the general alerts list and in 1 email.
Can I forward these alerts to others?
At the moment, you can forward your alert email and the recipient will be able to view the email in full and click citations in the query response to see the underlying document (once logged in with free authentication), but will not be able to see the full query response in Halcyon. Halcyon is working on developing shareable alerts.
How do I access the information I used to see?
For seeing a “new” dockets flag, this functionality is being built and will be released in the future.
The links in my alerts email are broken
Double check that you are logged in to the same account in which you initially created an alert. Halcyon users that have an organizational account in addition to their personal account may have to toggle between accounts in order to view Agentic Alerts queries and documents. You can tell which account you are logged into by looking at the checkmark in the user profile dropdown menu (see image below).
As best practice, we recommend creating Agentic Alerts in your personal account. Any Agentic Alerts created under your organizational account will be viewable by other members of your organization.
