- Click this link and then click the purple "Sign in" button to log in to Halcyon.
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner of your screen and click your Organization name.
- If you are a data subscription user, you can access your access your subscriptions via the account switcher.
- You will see a checkmark appear next to your Organization name to indicate you have successfully selected the correct account.
Important: you must be logged in to your Organizational account in order to download your Data subscription.
- Click out of the column, and navigate the hamburger menu in the top right next to the profile icon.
- Click the "Data subscriptions" tab, or navigate to this link directly: https://app.halcyon.io/data-subscriptions
- Click the "Download" button next to the relevant tracker.
